About Suwanee People Search

Suwanee records are divided among city, Gwinnett County, and Georgia custodians. Deeds, court files, tax parcels, voter data, vital certificates, and historical sources each have a different keeper. We built this private reference so a reader can identify the right official portal, counter, or collection without treating those separate systems as one database.

Why This Site Exists

Suwanee does not keep every people record at City Hall. The Gwinnett County Clerk of Superior Court holds deeds and major court files. The Board of Assessors connects parcels with tax owners. Elections records divide between the county registrar and Georgia Secretary of State, while Probate Court and the Department of Public Health provide vital certificates. Licensing, corporate, library, and archive sources add more paths. We organize those official tools, contacts, and access limits in one reference.

What the Reference Includes

  • Pages by record type: public records, voter registration records, and people directories
  • Local records offices: county recorder, court clerk, assessor, elections office, vital records, city clerk
  • Search walkthroughs: how to run a court name search, how to trace a property owner, how to use the library's directory collections
  • Access rules: what Georgia law makes public, what stays restricted, and how a public-records request works when a record is not online

What We Do Not Provide

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Suwanee city office, Gwinnett County department, Georgia agency, court, or records custodian. There are real limits to what we can help with:

  • We cannot pull, certify, or change any record on your behalf
  • We cannot confirm whether a specific person lives in Suwanee
  • We cannot remove information from government records or third-party databases
  • We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a record applies to your situation
  • We cannot guarantee that every record index, portal link, or office detail on this site is current right now

Only the custodian office can confirm, certify, or correct a record. Nothing found through this site may be used for credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions.
